Our panelists will discuss the importance of and challenges faced by teachers of color in New York City Schools. They will share their own experiences and obstacles that they have faced in the teaching profession and offer advice/insight to people of color who are considering a career in education.  The panel will include experts in various roles in the teaching field from classroom teachers to principal and clinical professors.
