Participants taking this project-based course will learn to use G Suite for Education tools to build more efficient and effective operational systems for their schools. Participants will begin by examining how their schools operate, defining which relationships, roles, responsibilities and expectations exist in their schools, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity. Then, participants will learn the basics of Drive, Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Sites, as well as add-ons like FormMule and AutoCrat. By the end of the course, participants will have the technical skills to build a customized system using G Suite tools to support an operational workflow at their school.

Participants who successfully complete this course will demonstrate the ability to create a digital system to streamline at least one schoolwide operation using one or more one Google “add ons”.
